Free Benefit BADgal Mascara – September 15 at ULTA!
Since an ULTA recently opened near my work, I am going to walk over there at lunchtime and hope they have some full-sized tubes of Benefit BADgal Blue Mascaras left to hand out! 8,000 will be given away total, with about 24 available at each ULTA store.
