If you are not satisfied after buying and using the Venus Embrace razor after 14 days, Gillette will refund your purchase price. You will need to mail in a UPC, receipt and reason for dissatisfaction. I got one of these razors free via Walgreens EasySaver (as an aside – I just found out they discontinued the EasySaver!) a while back, and there is not much reason for dissatisfaction with the razor other than the price of refills – it is really nice!
