All Sweepstakes taking place on Simply Contests are subject to the following complete Official Rules:

- NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
- Duration and deadlines for each sweepstakes will be listed on the entry page.
- By entering your name in the sweepstakes you are agreeing to the Official Rules of each sweepstakes.
- Eligibility Requirements: The giveaway is open to U.S. residents only and you must be 18 years of age or older.
- The number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning.
- The winner will be chosen at random, announced on Simply Contests, and receive an email to provide contact information for prize shipment. An active email address will be needed to contact the winner.
- The winner will have 48 hours to respond to email notification or a new winner will be chosen, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. All prizes will be awarded.
- Instructions on playing and online entry procedures will be included in each article using the Giveaway Tools promotional widget.
- Prize description(s) and approximate retail value will be listed in each article featuring the sweepstakes.
- Duration and deadlines for each sweepstakes will be listed in the article.
- Sweepstakes take place in Wisconsin.
- Sponsor contact information can be obtained through links to their respective websites on the articles referencing the giveaway. This may come in the form of a website URL, a contact form, a Facebook page or a Twitter handle.
- Facebook: When events involve a Facebook entry by the entrant, please note that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
- Winners’ name announcements: By entering a contest or giveaway on Simply Contests, your name or alias represents your explicit permission to use the provided name or alias in announcing winners.
- Lost prize shipments: Please note that when the prize is shipped, if it is lost or damaged, replacement prizes are often not available. Products which are insured by the carrier may be reimbursed, depending on the carrier.
- Giveaways, Sweepstakes, and Contests. All three terms are used interchangeably on Simply Contests for marketing purposes. However all sweepstakes will be subject to the official rules, even if referred to as a giveaway or contest.
- Liability Waiver: Products may be shipped from manufacturers, retailers or website owner. By sending your address to request shipment of your prize, you inherently agree to waive liability for any responsibility with regard to issues with the product. Simply Contests does not manufacture products and therefore cannot be held responsible for the safety as used by the recipient.
- Rules modification: Simply Contests reserves the right to change these rules at any time without notice.
- Technical issues: In the event of technical issues, including but not limited to technical failures, typographical errors, lost or delayed e-mail, Simply Contests will not be responsible for any negative impacts from the failure. However, all attempts will be made to fix all technical issues as soon as reasonably possible.
